Fulton County Offers Arrest Record Expungement to Residents

Fulton County officials estimate that as many as 5,000 metro Atlanta  residents may be eligible to have arrests expunged from their records if  charges did not lead to a conviction. County officials hope to expedite  the typical  5-month process pre-qualifyng applicants on their website. People who are  eligible can get their record expunged on April 29. The event is from 10  a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Martin Luther King. Sr. Community Resources  Complex at 101 Jackson St. NE, Atlanta, 30312.
