Rick Ross was all smiles as he officially removed his ankle monitor and ended house arrest. Ross was under house arrest as he awaited the outcome of kidnapping charges stemming from a 2014 altercation at his home where he was accused of pistol whipping his grounds keeper. Ross and his bodyguard both plead no contest to the charges and their lawyers were able to reduce the charges to misdemeanors. Ross will spend the next five years on probation, which is a lot better than jail time.
