Kodak Black Avoids Prison Time, Could Be Released in 30 Days

Great news for Kodak Black! He managed to avoid a lengthy prison sentence after a judge found him guilty of five counts of probation violation. Prosecutors pushed for a 6 to 8 year sentence, however a judge ruled that Kodak could be released from jail after he completes a mandatory 30 day life skills class. Representatives from Kodak's record label, Atlantic, showed up to support him. They convinced the judge that they will keep him on the straight and narrow, and agreed to hire a full time handler as well as a mentor to keep Kodak in line and in compliance with the terms of his probation.
