Some number-crunchers looked at data from the U.S. Census Bureau for the 50 biggest cities in America to figure out how much you need to make to be in the top half of earners in the area.
At the top was San Jose, California -- Silicon Valley -- where you need to make over $110,000. At the bottom of the list was New Orleans, where the average household only brings in $48,800. (How Much)
